Simplify software manuals

ConsultationNZ™  has lengthy experience with information technology, right back to the Sinclair  in the 1970s (remember that?!) and the introduction  of desk top computers in 1986.  Always, the user manuals seemed to be written assuming the user was a geek, or aspired to be one. Rewrites into English by staff now with ConsultationNZ™  became the norm, culminating in the rewrite of the manual for accounting software being introduced at The Fire Service College, Moreton-in-Marsh. This was well received by the software company, who were impressed that  the system operation could be expressed in real English.
