ConsultationNZ™ is experienced in undertaking risk assessments of organisations. Too often only the financial risks are considered.
The methodology used involves brainstorming with staff at all levels, plus governance members, to assess all perceived risks. They are then evaluated and the way forward is agreed.
The exercise can also be refined by conducting one-on-one interviews with participants after the brainstorming session.
